Welcome - we are guessing that you are reading this because you are seeking something better. We are different from most other Practices, but in a good way. Twenty years ago we moved off the high street to a quiet peaceful area and it has been the best move ever. We have space, a relaxing environment and plenty of parking outside the front door, and we are just ten minutes from the town centre and motorway. We specialise in outstanding patient care. Try the Sunday afternoon test - ring several Dentists and listen to the answerphone message for an emergency contact number. Most if not all will have an general Emergency Rota number. Ours gives the Dentists personal number. We are the smallest Practice and proud of it -completely independent of the rules and regulations set down by companies such as BUPA and Denplan. Dentist John has thirty years experience and is particularly good with cosmetic work and childrens care. We have always worked to the simple philosophy that at the end of the day, apart from cosmetic work, a dentist simply repairs damage. Our hygienists provide prevention care saving our patients treatment and costs . Our patients see the hygienists much more than the dentist. We know our long term results at prevention are superb because our original children now bring their own children to see us and all have perfect teeth. We have a great friendly team and if you would like to know more, book in, telephone us for a chat or come and have a no obligation tour.

PS if you have not been to a dentist for ages and may need a lot of treatment..... we will never tell you off or make you feel guilty. We will simply sort you out in our caring way and after that transfer you to join our other low maintenance patients.

PPS Why don't I have a fancy website to match my Practice? Because a website does not benefit my patients, some of whom I have cared for thirty years. They would rather I spend my time looking after them. We hope this simple website gives you enough information to contact us and find out more.

Children's SmileCare

For about £15 a month your child will receive a fully inclusive treatment package concentrating on tooth strengthening, bonded sealants and hygienist care. It requires a team effort( including mum, dad, and grandparents!) but if everyone involved co-operates, we can virtually guarantee no fillings - ever!
